My name is Sony Sasankan, and just recently I had subscribed to Digit magazine. For two months, it was great... getting the magazines regularly, etc. Then suddenly on January it stopped. I had written to the customer care and they have given me the standard canned response that they have forwarded my complaint to the Bangalore office, etc. So i waited... almost a month and 2 more query mails later, still no response. And moreover, my delivery address is my office address, where couriers are collected and logged with time/date... so no chance of delivering to the wrond address etc. The digit people are neither forwarding me the courier people's numbers, nor any tracking number of sorts, nor doing anything from their end to check when it was delivered. They're just closing their eyes hoping the complaint will disappear!
