Non-Receipt of the Subscription Vouche

This is to inform you that I, Ajay R Maurya still I have not received the Coupon for my News Paper Subscription of DNA for which the payment has been debited from my account on 15/01 wide ch. no. 830851 of Rs.199/-

On the above mentioned I have discussed in the DNA Office but they not only refused to attend me nor tried to provide any clarification on the above mentioned subject.

Hence I request you to kindly deliver my Subscription voucher on my communication address which is mentioned behind the cheque.
