I have written a lot of emails and complaints to times groups magzine customer care and tried to contact CRM CENTER NUMBERS
North :011 39898090 but no response till date . one of the detailed mail written to times groups magzine customer care as below

My customer no is 002943424 and my order no 0021437118. it is to inform that till date i have not received my magazine and my free gift with subscription of Femina hindi. I lodged my complaint but till date no response on your side except NOREPLY Times Group Magazines mail without a complaint no or service id through which i can track my complaint. Every time i receive following mail from your side "Dear Ashok kumar, Your Complaints & Requests has been successfully registered with us. Your Service Request ID is. Our customer care team will get in touch with you within the next 48 working hours."
But till date no one from customer team contacted me within 48 hours but more than two months passed but no response from your side.
I did not expect such poor response from reputed company times Group. I am very much frustrated with your poor service and no response of various complaint. At last I expect positive response from your side to do justice with your reputation.
