Subscription issues

Hi,

I have subscribed to Prevention Magazine, Subscription Number PREV1588511 and I never receive any of my subscriptions on time. Initially when i raised a complaint they said it was a postal issue, and I changed the address to my office address. I still ahve the same issue. I have raised the concern over email/call center, but now the team is absolutely unresponsive.
