LACK OF SERVICES AND NO RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR REFUND

I had subscribed for annual copies of TOI news paper. However my vendor was not reqular and I was not getting news paper. I complained to TOI help line. They asked me to give details of new vendor and changed my vendor. My new vendor was regular and I was getting news paper regularly for one month. After a lapse of one month the new vendor stopped paper saying that he has not received coupons from TOI.I frequently contacted TOI help line to know the status of coupons as my new vendor was asking me to pay money for one month services they have given to me by putting news paper at my residence. AT last I requested TOI help line to refund me my money in 1st week of july. I was assured that my request has been forwaded and I will get refund by end of july. I was surprised to know on 31.07.2012 that my request is not processed and help line did not know the status of my refund. They asked me to contact again tomorrow.

TOI help line do not have any couetsey even to give me the feed back call, however they say they will do so but they don't do it.
