Non start of subscription

I subscribed to outlook traveller magazine online in Dec 10.

There was no single email even acknowledging the receipt of subscription.

After waiting for a month I started following up. There is no response whatsoever to the emails sent to addresses listed on their website.

They don't even pick up any of the phone numbers listed on their website.

Leave alone gifts promised I am neither getting the magazine nor even basic acknowledgement of the amount paid.
