Non Delivery of 2nd Year Subscription

I have already paid Rs.249/- for two years of subscription. cheque no. 142399 (Saraswat Co-op Bank), Subscriber ID :-R0015428.

But Till date I haven’t received subscription coupon from Hindustan Times for 2nd year.

It is surprising to know that HT courier service personal are not able to track my address whereas other courier service providers can deliver telephone, electricity bill & other personal documents at my residence without any problem!!
