IN LAST MONTH AMARUJALA NEWS PAPER LAUNCHED A SCHEME FOR COMMERCIAL AREA IN WHICH THEY OFFERED 1 YEAR SUBSCRIPTION IN JUST RS. 400/- AND I HAVE PAID THE SAID AMOUNT ON THE SPOT AND THE AMARUJALA REPRESENTATIVE GIVES ME A FREE COUPON BOOKLET NO. 1250 IN RETURN AND PROMISED US TO DELIVER THE PAPER FROM 1ST OF JULY AT OUR OFFICE AT GIVEN ADDRESS. BUT NO PAPER IS DELIVERED AT THIS ADDRESS TILL DATE. I HAVE CALLED THE CONCERN PERSON SITTING AT AMAR UJALA OFFICE SEC- 7, CHD. 4-5 TIMES AND THEY FORWARDED MY COMPLAINT EVERY TIME AND COMMITTED ME TO DELIVER THE SAME NEXT DAY. I AM VERY UPSET AND EMBARRASSED TO DEAL WITH AMAR UJALA AND THEIR CUSTOMER DEALING AND RESPONSE AGAINST CUSTOMER COMPLAINT. SO I WANT RESULTS WITH COMPENSATION FOR THE EMBARRASSMENT I HAVE DURING THIS PERIOD.
