Gift undelivered and money not refunded

Hi,

I ordered one cake for 1 April worth Rs 630/- and was supposed to delivered the same day.

Neither was it delivered nor money refunded. They stopped picking the call too.

I have see many complaints about this site, it must be shut down so that others may not suffer.
