This is inform you that we the resident of gandhi nagar are facing lot of problems, as one of our neighbour (mosaber) ties goats outside his place, it is colony and this is going on from past many years, he is a tenant of MR.S.Subhash rao, and we have complaint regarding this matter several times, but we believe that he has some political background and with which no one can do anything, earlier it was just one goat but now he bought one more, it really stinks so much that people around are not able to walk from there and those goats shout a lot at nights, inspite of we telling him not to tie the goat there, he does'nt listen to us and inspite he demands and shout at us, please us in resolving this issue.
