Sent one envelop with blazeflash courier from Gurgaon for Haridwar on 5.9.10. consignment not yet delivered. consignment no is 202845911.

If I call to customer care they don't provide any details for the same and they are rude while talking. They said no need to call here and go the person whom you have given your courier. I called even the proprietor Mr Sachin Aggarwal (9810629898) but in abeyance. This is my second experience with Blazeflash.
I am worried as how to get the original documents. pl help
