I have placed an order with Deepak Flowers for my parents (order number: Order_197). I used their online portal and paid online.
Delivery was supposed to reach between 7:00 to 9:00 am on 14th Feb.
I have paid extra for the preferential timings. They charge INR99 for delivery between 7:00a.m to 9:00a.m.
But no delivery was made on 14th.
Even after calling 5-7 times to their help line number, I did not receive any delivery status.
I have mailed the company 3 times to all the stakeholders ([email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]), but nobody had the decency to reply to my mails.
I wanted my money to be refunded, but the company don't reply mails and are rude on phone.
I am really disappointed with the service.
