I had booked a consignment from palakkad to Cherplassery, palakkad on 26/02. Booking no: R03300943. On 10/03 i came to know about the courier is not yet supplied and i contacted the DTDC cherplassery office and i got very disappointing reply that "if you have any complaint contact headoffice or go to court" After that i send a mail to DTDC customer care on 10/03 itself. there was no reply. please suggest me what i do?
