Sir I have sent a consignment (consignment number A22600204) through DTDC courier from Mundra (Gujarat) branch on 21 Jan for Rishikesh (Uttaranchal), i have check track detail in the DTDC web site which showing consignment have reached in the Rishikesh to Mr Rahul Vishnoi, 125, CCMC, Maniram road Rishikesh area on 23 Jan. 2012. But till date I have not recived my consignment, I have talked to Hundrad times in the DTDC Delivery Branch even their Customer Care (Delhi) from bottom to top level person, and i did many mail to Customer care also but till date not got any feed beck from their side, sir i am too worry and disappointment to follow up to him, PLEASE help me its much importent and urgent... I am waiting of your help with hope.
