I have a consignment from Orissa on 23rd March to be delivered in Chembur, Mumbai. The address, phone number everything was right. Till 28 th March i didnt received anything. I checked online i found the status showing the consignment is delivered at the destination. But it was not delivered to me. So i wrote a complain and started enquiring. At last on 1st April i got a mail like this:

There was no phone call, nor any assurance and proof of delivery was with them.
EVEN I GOT THE SAME INFORMATION FROM ONLINE. I HAD ALREADY MENTIOND THEM ABOUT THE SAME. BUT IT SEEMS THEY DONT HAVE ANY PROPER MECHANISM TO TRACK THE MOVEMENT OF CONSIGNMENT.
Its really very risk to trust DTDC.
