I had sent a parcel addressed to Bangalore through DTDC courier service on 20th January. However, the parcel was lost due to negligence of the DTDC personal. I had submitted a written complaint at the booking office in Meghalaya Shillong on 10th February to claim the loss I incurred in sending the parcel. The authorities has remained apathetic towards my complaint and has not taken any necessary action in this regard. The complaint is pending till date and still no action is being taken.
I, therefore, request you to please take all necessary actions against the authorities in DTDC.
