I am a resident of add&-angana apartment 51/2/e, rabindra sarani, liluah, howrah, west bengal, applied for sc.certificate in but didnt get the certificate yet, each time i visited the sc.regional office, i am told that the certificate is not being signed by the s.d.o.
Despite the fact that my father and brother have the certificate, i am being harassed by the officers, the only say me to come another day, and each time the same answer... i am fed-up with... please help me
