IRCTC - Indian railway
Refund agaist TDR

I have field the TDR on 18/02 becosue of train late more than 3 hours PNR No.2402799324

I got 50% of refund against this - when i asked why should be only 50% - I have been giving following repeated statment since Feb

What should i do for this? Kindly advice

Dear Customer, Sorry for the inconvenience. Kindly note that your refund case of PNR No.2402799324 has been forwarded to CCM/ECR Railway on 07-May. We have already issued Reminders on 21-Apr and 25-May to concerned railway to chase up the case. But despite reminders refund is yet to be received from the concerned railway. Now we have sent another reminder on 15-July with all the papers pertaining to your refund case to concerned railway to chase up the cases. As soon as refund, if any, received it will be credited to your card account.
