Regarding irregularity in subscription of magazines

Sir,

I am Abhay Wairagade a lifetime member of Kundanlal Gupta library of Nagpur Municipal Corporation. There is very much irregularity in the subscription of monthly magazines. The supply of magazines is totally on the mercy of vendor who supplies it. Even the magazines of october are not arrived yet.
