For date of birth certificate

I am Surbhi Jain file no. (BPLI06653912) I born at Katni district Katni (m.p.) on dated 23/02/1991 at government hospital Katni. My birth certificate is issue from nagar palika nigam katni and my father is submitted original birth certificate in school on demand of school authority. School authorities told my father original birth certificate is not necessary for future correspondence. School is provided transfer certificate for further correspondence, they said transfer certificate is only valid document for age proof. I have photo copy of my birth certificate i give that in passport office but they don't accept that photo copy. I have also submitted original driving licence, PAN card, Aadhaar card and 10th class marksheet, bank passbook, engineering college marksheet and also submitted green card issue by the government of m.p. which include my date of birth. All document issused by CENTRAL GOVERNMENT / STATE GOVERNMENT but your good local office not consider any document for my concern date of birth.

This is harrassing me I have requested to your office for instructed to Bhopal office for consider my document and accept my date of birth which is recorded in government issued document.
