NON RECEIPTS REFUND ON MATURITY AGAINST R/D A/C NO 7515444

I had opened a Recurring Deposit a/c No 7515444 with Post office, Mira road (E) in Nov, 04 for 5 years & regulary deposited Rs 1500/- every Month, above account was matured on 22.11.09 I am not getting refund amount of Rs 1.10 lacs from the Post office even after maturity. I have been regularly visiting Post office & not getting proper response from Post Master, Mira road (E)
