Correct address but letter not delivered

1) Book Post Greetings addressed to Dr B Sridhar Rao, with correct address, posted in Mid Dec returned to me in Ist wk of Jan, apparently not gone out of Post Office in Mysore and simply returned to me.

2) Letter to me at Mysore - addressed to wrong PIN Code as 570 018 (Belavadi), contains postal seals on 5.1.11, 7.1.11 and 12.1.11 (totally kept in post office for one wk; Then the next seal is "Belagula - Madya" on 17.1.11 and delivered to me on 18.1.11. The postal delivery Zone was earlier 570018 but later changed to Belagula 571 606 since over 2 years. This Emerald Enclave is really situated in Belagula (Mandya), but is in Mysore, just behind Infosys. This letter was simply passed around for 5thy to 17th - at BELAVAI for 12 Days!!

This kind of inefficiency has happened before too particularly Belavadi is NOTORIOUS for Inefficiency.
