DTDC, Aurangabad, Maharashtra has been promising me a delivery for the past 2 days.
Some female answers the call on 9373598676 after trying almost 8 tp 10 times and says that the person has already left with the parcel.
Aurangabad is a small city and i live right in the heart of the city, how difficult can it be to locate my address which is right on the main road of the city.
I've been getting false promises since 2 days and i'm so fed up with the damn courier agency that i feel like suing them.
I had to leave out of town with the parcel but now i have to cancel my tickets cause now even the mobile phone is switched off.
Please do not use DTDC.
