Letter not delivered

I had consignment no. 205775222 booked a letter for chandigarh on 19-12 but inspite of the fact that 3 days have elapsed the letter has not been delivered. Your tracking system shows that letter has been forwarded on 21-12. I am surprised that it takes 2 days in forwarding a letter then what is the idea of a courier service. My contact no. is 9811190347
