Dear Sir,
Application submitted at kolkata passport office on 20.05.2010 through Siliguri Passport application collection center having File No: A040318, it is about more than three months. we have not received the passport. On line tracking showng that Police Verification not received. Now it is the reponsibility of PAssport office to get the verification within time.
From local police station DIB branch at Siliguri has sent the verification after taking all documents and verified, I personaly reported at the office in presence of Mr. Abhijit Das, the concern officer. After some days while I again visited and enquired about teh same he informed taht teh report is already sent to Darjeeling, S.P. office on 22.07.2010. The details of I.P. No and D.R. No is as below:
Ref I.P. No.3388/17-10
DR No:2484/10 dtd.22/07/10.
Now it is more than a month the verification report was sent from local police station to Darjeeling and it was not despatch from Darjeeling.
