My name is Sudepta Kumar gouda from Koraput Orissa. I have applied for Passport At District Passport cell. My Bank DD No. is 556097 issued from SBI Koraput on 19.07.2011.After Police verification it was forwarded from Collector office (Letter No.1411 Dt.13.09.11). But till date i have not received my passport. I don't have File No. so it is difficult for my part to inquire about status
