Not received if check book

Sir,

I have my SB A/C (10534353810) in air force station jamnagar (Gujrat), i have appiled for multicity check in the month of Aug 09 but stii i have not got it. Ii have gone my bank thrice for it but get only this information that my check book has despatched on 17 Aug 09, no further action. I have talk to ur toll free No but no staisfied answer i got. Pl do needful
