Not recived fo check book

iam having my SB account (10524353810) in Air Force station Jamnagar (Gujrat) branch and i have appiled for multi city check book in the month of Aug 09 but iam still awaited for it. For that i have gone thrice to branch, they have told me that your check book is despatched on 17 Aug 09 but i have not still get it.p, l do need full. My mob no is 9427282012
