Green City Buildtech
No refund, no plot allotted

I had booked a plot of 200 sq yd and had paid the full amount of Rs 5 lakhs in different installments from 2006. till now I have not received the refund not any plot has been allotted to me. I can't even contact anyone in the company office. They have duped me and I am left dry.

I am a retired school teacher without any pension. All my hard earned money is with Green City Buildtech.

I request the Consumer Forum to help me recover my money with interest if not the promised plot.

I shall be very grateful for your help.
