Dear Sir,

I had booked an apartment in BPTP Serene 37D project in Gurgaon in the year 2008. The booking agent has offered us the discount of 3% on basic sale price. So far on repeated follow up, he has given us only 50% of agreed value in the form of credit note.

As on today, Rs.44150/ is balance amount due to be received from M/s. Kapur estates, Gurgaon. Please find below the e-mail wrote to them on JAN 4.In spite of repeated calls and visit to them, no proper response is given by them. Please do needful.
