Compalin about the misbehavior of Landlord

Hi

I am staying in a PG located in Sector-31, gurgaon.

The behavior of our Land Lady is very very bad for all the PG girls, she is very money minded and cunning lady, at the time of joining the PG she promised for many facilities and now not providing any of them and also when ever we complain she threat us to vacate the PG and also she does not return the security amount.

She is also not providing us the Lease and rent receipts as she is running an unauthorized PG.

Everyday she comes up and ask to increase the rent and as per rules she is not supposed to increase our rent before 11 months.

She really made our life miserable.

My sincere request to take some action against her. this i m requesting on behalf of all the girls stay in PG's as every next PG here having the same issues.

We are really helpless as we don't have any other option to accept their undue demands.
