Possession Date mentioned differs

Hi,

I have booked a flat in Paramount Symphony, Yantra Tower in March and in the allotment letter the Builder has mentioned that the possession will be given in 3 years of time (i.e. March) 3 months Grace Period. Later on in the same Project in the same tower they have released the Allotment letter to other Flat owners with the mentioned Possession Date as 31, October 3 months Grace Period.

So, as per them I will not be getting Penalty until 1st July although the other flat owners in the same tower will start getting penalty from 1 Feb.

Kindly suggest and take action that how the possession date in the same tower can be different for the two Flat owners. As per me, Builder can not differ among the rights and commitments made to the different Flat owners in the same Tower.
