Non-refund of Money

Hi,

I enrolled for 3 months course for danceworx academy at Noida centre. I paid a sum of RS 3600 in cash, to attnd the classes, but unfortunatley i fractured my foot and could not attend even a single class of batch C15.

I intimated the academy over the e-mail and phone abt the accient that happened, and requested them to refund the money, since not even a single class was attended. But teher was no commuincation from their end.

On repeted call sto instuctors, I finally got an answer that MONEY CANNOT BE REFUNDED>

My question is Why it cannot be refunded when i did not avail their services at all? It is sheer way of duping someone.

One can never expect such behaviou from an institut eof repute. It is all about ethics which none of them in the academy care for.

Its been 4 montsh now and I still seeing justice.

I do not recommend Danceworx academy-Ashl;ey Lobos to anyone now.
