I tried on 14.10.2010 to book e-tickets for Teugu movie ROBOT for 11.45 am show for date 17.10.2010.

Without getting tickets, I got the message ' failed transaction due to technical problem ' after making payment confirmation. I attempted 3 times and all the 3 times money was debited from my account.

Kindly take necessary action to refund the amount.
