Please be noted as advised by the IPL Team we have returned the original tickets to counter # 5 and we have a receipt of Mr. Tanmoy Sarkar which had been handed over on April 28. These were for Tickets bearing item #s 1278030 to 34 and 1279446 & 7 – 7 tickets in all.
Money was supposed to refunded by 48 hours. It is now nearing a week and still the money is not refunded. May I request you to kindly help get refund of the money.
