Frequent breakdown of ro system

I am quite annoyed by the service provided by eureka forbes.

I bought Protec RO system about 4 months back and till date more than 10 times i have to call service person for various complaints.

I am repeately informing that the piece is defective and need replacement but they are always ignoring it.

I feel cheated even i had spent 13000/- on this system

Please help
