I gave my bike (Hero Honda Passion Plus, Reg. No. KL- 7 AS 6649) for servicing at Hero Honda's authrised service center Indo-Jap Agencies, Kanjirapally on 22th May. Company assured me that they will return it after servicing within 10 days. Later they asked Rs. 7000/- for servicing charges. I paid the said amount on 29th July. But still I didn't get my Bike after service. When ever I enquires, they tells that the initial parts such as stikcer, handle etc are not getting from the company. No I lose 4 months and I have a lose of Rs. 10000/- (ten thousand only) due to the lack of my bike which I used for my business purposes. I request your immediate attention on this case and do the needed.
