ICICI DEBIT CARD

Dear sir,

I am tushar nalgundwar.i am using your icici atm card.i lost my atm cum debit card 2 months before then after i issued duplicate atm card, but it does not activated till now, when i went for transaction it was displaying that your card has been blocked.

so please register my complaint and tell me that how can my atm card be activated.
