The no.9911304050 committed to me is not being activated on my SIM card

A customer care executive of Idea Cellular Limited committed the mobile no.9911304050 from a list of available nos. on 9 January. He promised me to activate the no. the same day. I did the payment but the no. was not activated on my SIM card.

I registered a complaint at the customer care of Idea Cellular Limited on 13 January. The customer care executives refused to activate the no.9911304050.

On 16 January a customer care executive informed me that they would activate my no. 9911304050 on my SIM card after activating another no. chosen by them for two hours with a disconnection of 5 minutes. It was not done likewise.

I feel cheated. I am shocked at the attitude of the customer care executives of Idea Cellular Limited. I wish the no. 9911304050 committed to me be activated on my SIM card. If the company cannot activate my no.9911304050 then it should apologize for the grievance and also refund the amount that i paid.
