Horrible 'o' laughable service standards

My name is VINAY AGARWAL, WARANGAL (AP) Phone no.9912206200. I purchased Kenstar BIOSURE water purifier from NEXT Retail SHOP, Warangal in JULY vide their bill no.04048,

Since then, starts our ordeal. There is no service whatsoever available neither from NEXT nor KENSTAR.

KENSTAR Toll free no. is written on the product, boxes, packings as ‘SERVICE/CUSTOMER FIRST. Latest, I called toll free no. on 8/3 at 8.25 pm, to enquire the cleaning procedure of so-called 8 stage purifying filter so that at least i can self clean it. The biggest joke of my life time was when the company executive Mr. Kumar on the toll free no. asked me whether the BIOSURE purifier which i was refering was ‘electric or non-electric’. The toll free no. executive does not know whether their BIOSURE water purifier was ‘electric or non-electric’, leave alone guiding me on the maintenaince procedure.

I have vowed never to even touch a VIDEOCONE/KENSTAR/ELECTROLUX product.

‘NEXT RETAIL STORE’ people are interested only till the time BILLING IS COMPLETED.

I advice everyone to be PREPARED FOR THE WORST if they venture to deal with this combination of VIDEOCONE/KENSTAR/ELECTROLUX NEXT RETAIL.
