SUB: COMPLAINT REGARDING UPS
R/S SIR,
I have purchased a UPS on 20-011-09 from udit electronics whose serial no is
9HUPNB395350. It is not working properly from last 20 days. it is no backup with battry. please sand your service engineer on my contact address to repair the UPS because this Ups is manufactured in 09 and the warranty for this UPS has not xpired.
As per the rules, warranty should be valid.
