Till today your subscription helpline is not properly updated with my Cheque # 793289 dtd. 02/12 in favour of you.

While one of your representatives called me on 16th / 17th December and informed that this above cheque will do for renewal of my subscription. No need to fill other Form.

Your service is really worrying me.
