I HAVE PURCHASED A BIOMETRIC BRACELET FROM NAAPTOL.COM AS THE ADVERTISEMENT WAS IN THE TIMES OF INDIA, I WAS TOLD THAT IF I PAY THROUGH MY CREDITCARD I AM ELEGIBLE FOR A FREE GIFT, AND THE PRODUCT WILL BE DELIVERED AT MY ADDRESS, WITHEN 7 TO 10 WORKING DAYS, THE DATE OF PURCHASE IS 22/10

THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD, AMOUNT OF RS 2999.00.ORDER NO :905374

BUT WHEN THE ARAMAX COURIER DELIVERY PERSON CAME TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT, HE DEMAMDED CASH ON DELIVERY, AND WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT I HAD PAID THROUGH CREDIT CARD, HE REFUSED TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT, I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE, I EMAILED, TO THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT, TO THE CEO OF NAAPTOL, BUT NO ONE RESPONDS TO THE EMAIL OR THE CONPLAINT,

PLEASE HELP ME IN SOLVING THIS PROBLEM
