Not getting product delivery on time

Dear Sir/Mam,

This has reference to my Order No. 5080277710 placed on Dated: 13-12, at the time of order placing the expected delivery date as mentioned by future bazaar is 20-12 but till date and time I am writing you this mail I have not received my product yet.

On tracking my order I came to know that my order was shipped on 17-12 with Aramex courier vide docket no. 4705309125 and since 19-12 it is lying with aramex courier bangalore office.

Then I made a complaint to future bazaar customer care on 19-12 then your representative ensure me that we have forwarded your complaint to courier company and your courier will deliver upto 24-12, then I again call your customer care department on 21-12 and two times on 26-12 (in morning as well as in evening) but every time I have got a false commitment and a new story for not delivering the courier.

I request you to kindly look into the matter with your courier service provider for ensuring the immediate delivery of my product.
