COMPLAIN ABOUT DISCONNECT THE SIM CARD

Dear Sir/Madame,

Sub:- DISCONNECT THE SIM (OUTGOING, INCOMING AND CUTOMER-CARE SERVICE UNAVAILABLE ) (I have 240 rs balance)

I have taken sim card from banagalore and my number is 9880773604 .Currently I am working in mysore. I have submitted my document with photo 2 times and they have disconnect my sim card without intimation. I have balance 240 rs in my account. Now I cannot get incoming, outgoing and customer call

.Please kindly request start my services.
