Denied ticket refund

I am denied the refund of the tickets of 7th ODI INDIA V/S AUSTRALIA (Not played a single ball due to rain) as I don’t have the bigger counter foil of the ticket. My ticket nos are 118393 & 118394. We have entered through gate no.3 and who ever entered through gate no.3 they were all given the smaller part of the tickets. On questioning, the men on the gate replied that they were instructed to return the smaller portion of the ticket only.

I think M/s; Dilip Vengsarkar /Lal Chand Rajput and gang were envisaging that they have to refund the ticket if a single ball is not played. They are very clever and accordingly they instructed their gate keeping agency to retain the bigger portion of the ticket. It was a trick.

I hereby place my request to the appropriate authority to investigate the matter (particularly the insurance company) seriously as it is a question of huge amount and ours is a very hard earned money.

I am still hope full that I shall get back the money.
