Adidas shoes cause pain in ankles

I purchased Adidas shoes worth 2899 from factory outlet run by Future group on Diwali.

They cause too much pain if I wear them for long. Even wearing them for couple of hours causes pain for following 8-10 days.

The store told me that since this is not a manufacturing defect they are not obligated to replace them or refund my money.
