ARIHANT OFFSET
DISCONNECTION OF PHONE

Sir,

i am using the phone numner 011-41588777 since long back and yesterday on 25.06.2010 the servioce provider"Airtel" has disconnected this phone without any reason. After getting the complain to the customer care officer, he confirmed that this phone is not in existance since 2006 despite of that the firm is using this line and making the payment continously.

An action against the service provider is necessary as ourgoodwill is affected due to the discoonection of the phone line.

Kindly do the needful.
