Disconnection of Mobile sim card

Dear Sir,

I had two airtel prepaid connections having mobile numbers 9895054043 and 9633585000 in the name of me. Due to some technical reasons I was not using the sims since 2009 december onwards. Then after two months when I am trying to use them, both the connections are disconnected by Airtel without giving any information to me. For re activation of the sims I contacted to airtel customer care and relationship center many times. But I didn't got proper replay and also they are saying that the numbers cound not be reactivate. The service providers will recycle the sim and issue to any other people. Now my first number (9895054043) using any where and any body. I mean the connection using any other person. My number is issued to any other person without my permission. This may cause to effect my career in future. Kindly request to do needful to get back my both numbers.
