Charging Rs 1000 for two New Postpaid connections w/o any services

Hi

I am Ravi Kant Saini Subscribed for two New Postpaid connections 9871200658 & 9560508206 with Bharti Airtel Limited on 15 th January. Initially the guy who came to collect the documents at my permanent residence collected my documents and dint submitted at ARC Lajpat Nagar Redical Communication and said my father dint provided any documents to him. Later I personally went to ARC to submit the Documents. Mr Krishna there was very helpful and said my connection will get activated as I am subscriber for another No 9910206540 for Last 1 Year with same documents.

Now the limitation with me is that I have lost my original documents & the photocopies I have my driving licence's copy have picture not clear & voter ID Cards xerox dont have Xerox of back side where address is mentioned. This entire issue I told before subscribing for a connection to Mr Krishna at ARC.

Now issue is connection got activated finally & later on I received my first bill generated on 8 th Feb for Rs 535.41 where 500 activation fee is charged & later adjusted & amt payable is 35.41 for both Nos. as I was never able to use them activated on 3rd of Feb.

Later on both the connections were barred & at Customer Care I came to know that the issue is signature mismatch. I went to ARC again and ask them to accept documents again which have same signature as appear on documents & said its really a very illogical reason because a person who sign very simple at the time of being a student will surely change signature after 10 to 15 yrs.

Now they say the documents have unclear photo on Driving licence & voter id w/o address part will not be accepted & ask me for Rs 250 for making a xerox with clear face from somewhere which I denied to pay saying If my documents are not complete I want refund.

Later I went to ARC at New Friends Colony on 8 th March with my wife and her documents in original & Xerox saying that if my documents you cant accept You transfer conection on my wife's name.

The illlogical reason they provided me is My one no is disconnected & other is pending for disconnection so tranfer of ownership is not possible Ms. Sonali & Mr. Uttam at ARC provided me this reason & ask to call 52222 fropm a landline there to customer Care. Mr Abdul at Cx care picked call & said TRAI dont allow for transfer on a barred No. transferred call to Mr. Yash Supervisor after a conversation of 43 mins 6 seconds he hung up w/o any resolution. Later when I called Someone transferred the Call to somebody in wipro infotech Gurgaon with Name Mr Varun working for Airtel Mobility. Again when I called same No Mr Prashant CCE transferred call to Supervisor nobody picked it and call disconnected after 8 mins 3 sec

Everybody have a pet answer Hum mazboor hai TRAI allow nahi karta name transfer on a barred No.

My question to these stupids is does TRAI allow you to take a deposit for activation w/o checking the original documents so that you can eat up the Customer's Hard earned money and later on harrase him. I dont expect a good response from Airtel but I hope some people like me will see to it beware of this company.

Even the Nodal Officers mail id [email protected] provide customer with acknowledgement to Cx by server which I also got on [email protected]. There is no person to provide a resolution for Customer
